3. Data Protection
KCL ensures that all personal data is securely stored and protected. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. Reasonable technical and administrative measures are implemented to safeguard data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure
4. Disclosure of Information
KCL will not share or disclose personal data to third parties without prior consent, except:

5. Media & Promotional Consent
By registering or participating in KCL, athletes and creators grant permission to KCL to use their name, photographs, videos, match footage, and related content for media coverage, broadcasting, digital platforms, advertisements, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Participants have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of their personal data (subject to operational and legal requirements)
Refund Policy
1. General Rule
All registration fees paid to Khelo Creators League (KCL) are strictly non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Organizer Cancellation
If KCL cancels an event without offering a suitable alternative date, participants may be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
3. Participant Withdrawal
No refunds shall be provided if a participant:
Voluntarily withdraws from the league
Fails to attend trials, matches, or scheduled events
Is disqualified due to violation of league rules
4. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond KCL’s reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances — refunds shall be issued at the sole discretion of KCL management.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment used during registration.
Cancellation Policy
1. Participant Cancellations
Participants who are unable to attend must inform KCL in writing (via official email or registered communication channel) at least 7 days prior to the scheduled trial or event.
However, no refund shall be issued in such cases.
2.Organizer Cancellations
KCL reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or relocate any event due to operational, safety, technical, sponsorship, or regulatory reasons.
In such cases, KCL may:
Issue a refund, or
Offer a credit adjustment for future KCL events
The decision shall remain at the discretion of KCL management.
3. Force Majeure
KCL shall not be held liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control. Such events may result in rescheduling without refund liability.
4. Communication
All official announcements regarding cancellations, changes, or updates will be communicated through:

Official social media handles
Registered email or contact details provided during registration
Participants are responsible for regularly checking official communication channels.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Participants must be 15 years of age or older at the time of registration.
Minimum Follower Requirement
The creator must have at least 50,000 (50K) followers
Followers must be on any one social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Active Social Media Presence
The account must be active and publicly visible.
Regular content posting is preferred.
Authentic Profile
Followers and engagement must be genuine.
Fake or purchased followers may lead to disqualification.
KCL reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Registration
All participants must:
Complete the official online registration process
Provide accurate and verified information
Submit required documents
Pay the applicable registration fee (if applicable)
Registrations are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by KCL.
3. Code of Conduct
All participants are required to maintain professional and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the league.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Misconduct or indiscipline
Physical violence outside official competition rules
Doping or use of banned substances
Abusive language or harassment
Any activity that harms the reputation of KCL
Any violation may result in immediate disqualification, suspension, or permanent ban from KCL events.
4. Health & Safety
Participants must provide a valid medical fitness certificate (if required by the sport category).
Participants acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks. KCL shall not be held liable for:
Injuries sustained during matches or training
Pre-existing medical conditions
Any unforeseen medical emergencies
Participants compete at their own risk.
5. Media & Commercial Rights
By registering, participants grant KCL unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use their:

Image
Photographs
Videos
Match footage
Performance recordings
These may be used for broadcasting, digital media, advertising, sponsorship promotions, and commercial purposes without additional compensation.

By registering, participants grant KCL unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use their:

7. Intellectual Property
All KCL branding, trademarks, logos, event formats, digital content, and media productions remain the exclusive intellectual property of Khelo Creators League (KCL).
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or related to KCL shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
